A: Register yourself by clicking on the “Register” on the top right hand side of the page.
· Enter your phone number, and any information required.
· Write your password, that will be provided once forgotten via email or phone
· Re-write and remember your password, will help you enter into your account next time.

Q: Can I download videos?
A: Download options works on all Audios, Videos, CRBT’s, and RBT’s and wallpapers on WAP and WEB at a preferable price.

Q: How do I purchase Audios, CRBT’s, RBT’s and Wallpaper?
A: You can purchase Audios, CRBT’s, RBT’s and Wallpaper by paying through your Credit Balance or Your V-Money account.

Q: Can’t see your comments?
A: Your comments can only be seen, if found appropriate and approved by MIDUNDO.

Q: What have I been blocked for?
A: There are terms and conditions that guide MIDUNDO users, once found violated you may be removed from the account.

Q: What are recommended blogs?
A: They are different blogs related to the Song, News of different Artists, or related information.

Recommended blogs can be accessed by click on the prefer blog names.

Q: How many times am I allowed to Visit MIDUNDO website?
A: As a registered subscriber, you can log in any time and as many times as you prefer.

Q: Does MIDUNDO have Limits to Download?
A: MIDUNDO allows you to download as many times as you can and allows you to pay with your current Balance or even pay with your V-money account.

Q: I forgot my password, can you help me?
A: Sure we can. Just click on "Log in" and when the log in box opens up, click "Forgot your password?"  underneath the log in fields. Then just enter your phone number you gave us when you signed up - and we'll send your password to you right away via your phone or Email Account.

Q: Can I access MIDUNDO from more than one computer?
A: Absolutely, you can log onto your MIDUNDO.co.tz account from any broadband connected computer anywhere.

Q: How can I send a gift to my friend?
A: Just Click on the icon   where ever you see the icon on the Song, Video, RBTs Wallpaper on the right side.  Then a box will appear enter your friend’s phone number, make payment and send.

Q: How do I add or change the information on my profile?
A: Just click "Edit information” from your account and update your information as you would like.

Q: How can I upload a picture?
A: It's easy! Just click "Add/Edit Photo" from your account Browse from your computer or phone, select your picture and upload.

Q: What kind of picture files can I upload?
A: We accept any JPG and GIF images of up to 4MB. Square images will look the best for your default picture.

Q: How do I get to add songs to my Playlist?
A: Once you select a like Icon, your song is directly transferred to your playlist and you can view your playlist in your account and arrange your songs accordingly.

Q: How secure is my personal information?
A: All your personal information (name, email address, etc.) will remain confidential and we'll never sell or forward it to anyone. Although there are some circumstances were we may share some of your personal information. To learn more, read the MIDUNDO Privacy Policy.

A: Just go to the search box on the top right side of every page of MIDUNDO.

Q: Why are some artists not available on MIDUNDO?
A: Like any Music Portal, we have an ever-expanding library of songs – and continue to add new music all the time. If you can't find an artist or song you want, send a request to feedback, and we'll do our best to get it.

Q: How can I buy songs?

A: If you want to buy a song, click on the Icon   and accept download, payment will be deducted from your current balance or if you accept to pay with V- Money account.
